The California Department of Public Health is a responsible agency for this project. The Sierra Cedars Community Service District proposes to drill four new potable wells. The first well is drilled at a depth of 360 feet and is estimated to pump 3 gallons per minute (gpm); the second well is drilled at a depth of 1,000 feet and is estimated to pump 12 gpm; the third well is drilled at 440 feet and is estimated to pump 5 gpm; and the fourth well is drilled at a depth of 825 feet with and is estimated to pump 5 gpm.
