Document Description
The project consists of a small approximately 4,900 square-foot addition to the Phase II Student Housing complex within the Cal State Los Angeles campus. The addition will provide an approximately 2,750 square-foot dining room, a food service buffet service line, accessible restrooms, and table and chair storage. The addition supports the University's student housing by providing the necessary space for the residents to have meals as part of their housing program's meal plan at the place where they live, and may also be used for other gatherings and activities by residents.
