Document Description
The project is limited to trimming and removal of vegetation along 0.85 miles of Thompson Creek under the Clearlake-Konocti 60 kilovolt (kV) Trasmission Line. Vegetation management is required to maintain a safe proper clearance between the transmission line and vegetation, to eliminate the potential for vegetation to fall ono or come into contact with the transmission line and cause power outages or fires. Per requirements set forth under Public Resources Code 4293 and California Public Utilities Commission General Order 95, Rile 35, PG&E is clearing vegetation within the transmission line.
