Document Description
The proposed project consists of upgrading and repairing the main entry sign area and Administrative Parking Lot of the CSDR, which was constructed in 1952. The scope of work includes installing auxilliary signage, a new monument sign, and irrigation for future landscaping (to be installed by the facility), repaving, restriping, adding parking lot and walkway lighting, constructing a new American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible ramp with handrail and accessibility signage, and adding ADA compliant handrails to an existing ramp.
