Cold in-place recycling (CIR) on the existing roadway from edge of pavement (EP) to EP to a maximum depth of 0.33". A 0.15' overlay of Hot Mix Ashpalt (HMA) (Type A) will be placed over the recycled material. Construction would occur on paved surfaces.
