Solano County General Plan Implementation - NE Dixon area is designated on the General Plan for limited industrial and agricultural services that are in support of the region's agricultural economy. The 721 acres NE Dixon area contains a mixture of "MG" and "A" zoning districts. General Plan implementation would rezone the "A" parcels to a new "AS" district. The existing "MG" in the NE Dixon Agricultural Services Area would be retained. Development & Design Guidelines for the NE Dixon Agricultural Services Area would be incorporated to ensure orderly development and design compatible with the City of Dixon criteria.
