Document Description
The project entails the reorganization of three separate subareas into both the City of Antioch and the Delta Diablo Sanitation District. These subareas are within the City of Antioch's Sphere of Influence. The project includes the extension of municipal utility infrastructure (public water, storm drainage, and sewer system) to one of the subareas. The City of Antioch would prezone each subarea and would also enter into a Tax Transfer Agreement and an infrastructure Funding Agreement with Contra Costa County as part of the proposed reorganization.
