Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0148-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Colusa Basin Mitigation Bank Outfall Structures. The project is limited to replacing two existing rice field outfall structures with new twin-track weirs and plastic pipe drains and the relocation and replacement of a third outfall structure. The new structures will increase the ability maintain the habitat features for the benefit of the Giant garter snake.
