Document Description
The project includes the development of the 230-acre property for mixed uses including approximately 660 residential units on 115 acres, an age restricted multi-family lodge on 4.6 acres, 81 acres of open space and wetland preserve, 5.5 acres of parks, 3.4 acres of landscaping, 14.8 acres of detention pond, and 5.5 acres of roads. Vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle infrastructure improvements are also included in the Project plans. The project includes the following components: mass grading, two culvert crossings, and four outfall structures.
