Medium High Density Residential / R-3 and Medium Density Residential / R-2
The project would demolish an existing 11-unit residential apartment complex and construct a new 15-unit residential condominium complex with at-grade parking for 32 vehicles. The proposed building would include three floors of residential use, a rooftop common area and a parking garage. The project also includes a merger of two lots, which includes a request for approval of Rezoning (from R-2 to R-3) and General Plan Amendment (from Medium Density to Medium High Density) for one of the lots.
