Document Description
The Specific plan is intended to guide the transformation of the approx. 115 NewPark Mall area into a vibrant mixed use neighborhood as envisioned in the General Plan. The Specific Plan serves as an extension of the General policies and is both a policy document and a regulatory document. The Specific Plan will aid in evaluating the merits of individual future projects when proposed within the Specific Plan boundary.
