The purpose of the project is to replace the existing bridge over Rodeo Creek with a replacement bridge structure (Project). The bridge has a California Department of Transportation Sufficiency Rating of 25.9 and is thus eligible for Highway Bridge Program funds (Sufficiency Rating less than 50). The Project footprint includes all areas that will be permanently and temporarily disturbed by the Project.
