Document Description
Development of a 20-megawatt solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation facility. The project would be constructed on land owned by UPI and leased to Columbia Solar Energy for a 20-year period. Project facilities would include PV panels, Inverters, related electric equipment, enclosures, and an electric switch yard and in one alternative configuration "tie line" The PV panels would be the predominant project feature and would encompass most of the Project Site. The PV panels are non-reflective, and would convert sunlight directly into direct current (DC) electricity. Access roads would be provided at the Site perimeter to facilitate maintenance and emergency access requirements.
