Document Description
Amend the Basic American Food Site Policy Plan to allow additional uses in Area C (Recreation Center). Proposed uses: office, medical office, retail, fitness center, and research and development. No physical development is proposed and no new tenants are identified to occupy the building. Currently, permitted uses in Area C: ice skating rink, roller rink, physical fitness facility, health club, sports training or instruction, martial arts instruction, public recreation programs, dance studio, ticket sales to sporting or entertainment events. Conditional uses within Area C are: sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption only when accessory to a permitted use, commercial amusement, including but not limited to such uses as electronic or mechanical games and rides, musical entertainment, dance hall, theatrical productions, billards, and other similar recreation uses.
