Document Description
The 1,095-acre Specific Plan project is divided into three planning areas. The North and South Planning Areas include mixed use; low, medium and high-density residential; commercial; public/quasi-public, parks; and open space land uses. Within the West Planning Area no changes to the existing land use designations are proposed. Project development will include removing an animal waste rendering plant which has been at its current location since 1955.
