Document Description
The proposed Project would involve constructing a retail commercial center on the site that would include up to 167,200 gsf of floor area. Other improvements would include surface parking lots, installation of utilities and services, site landscaping, pedestrian plazas and placement of identification signs. Requested land use approvals include a General Plan Amendment, an amendment to the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan, Rezoning, Site Development Review, a Tentative Map, and a potential Development Agreement.
