The District is proposing to construct life safety and security improvements at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plan (SRWTP), which includes a new service road and warehouse structure. The facility improvements would address life safety and security limitation of the SRWTP by providing an alternate secondary service road from the south off Laguna Boulevard and constructing a new warehouse and logistics center that is secured exterior to the SRWTP main process area.
