Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0031-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Lincoln.
The City of Lincoln is proposing to replace a functionally obsolete, two-lane bridge on Nelson Lane (currently without shoulders) with two-lane bridges to accommodate projected traffic demands and to meet safety standards. Proposed components of the project include: replacing the existing bridge with two two-lane bridges; raising the roadway and bridge profile; constructing a new two-lane northbound roadway; reconstructing the existing two-lane roadway to create a new southbound two-lane roadway; bifurcating the northbound and southbound roadways and constructing a median bioswale.
