Caltrans, in cooperation with the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA), Placer County, and the Cities of Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln, proposes to improve the I-80/SR 65 interchange in Placer County, CA, to reduce future traffic congestion, improve operations and safety, and comply with current Caltrans and local agency design standards.
