Document Description
A Minor Subdivision to divide an approximately 34.6 acre parcel into three parcels, one 29.6 acre parcel and two, 2.5 acre parcels. The parcel is currently developed with two residences, one which will be situated on proposed Parcel 2 and the other on proposed Parcel 3. Parcel 1 will be vacant and suitable for development on a single family residence. The parcels will be served by an on-site well and on-site wastewater treatment systems. The project site is within the Coastal Zone and a consolidated Coastal Development Permit will be processed by the CA Coastal Commission.
