- The project includes development of (1) a residence of 1,477 sf, (2) a guest house of 781 sf, (3) two garages of approximately 528 and 336 sf, respectively, and (4) three accessory areas of 522, 409, and 624 sf, for a total of 4,677 sf. A 240-ft. long driveway would provide access. The project includes an underground water tank located about 700 feet west of the structures, and an above-ground pipeline of approximately 1,700 ft. in length from a well located 1,200 ft. north of the building area, with the 1,000-ft. section from the tank to the residence being buried within the roadway. The proposed project would require approximately 2,110 cubic yards of cut and fill plus an additional 75 cubic yards of cut for the water tanks.
