Document Description
IKEA Property Inc. has filed an application to permit the development of an ~470,000 sf IKEA retail building on an ~23 acre site in the City of Burbank. Discretionary approvals requested include approval of a Planned Development as defined in the City of Burbank Municipal Code to provide unified development standards for the site, a Development Agreement, Development Review, a tentative tract map, and an amendment to the Circulation Element of the Burbank General Plan for proposed street improvements.
