Note: Tribal Environmental Assessment The proposed project is the development of a 30,000 sf casino, up to 35 feet in height, on the Tribe's Reservation which borders the City of Twentynine Palms. The development would include 450 paved surface parking spaces and space for future overflow parking, 500 slot machines, seven gaming tables, cashier cage, deli, bar, administrative offices and back-of-house areas. Associated facilities include an on-site wastewater treatment plant.
