Document Description
The project consists of the development of a 33,710 sf three-story mixed-use building that would include an auto dealership; a restaurant, 26 residential units, and a four-level subterranean parking garage. The proposed auto dealership would be located on the ground floor and consist of a retail showroom and auto service department. The service department would consist of 8 fully enclosed service bays located toward the rear of the building. The 1,390 sf restaurant with 240 sf outdoor seating area would also be on the ground level. The project's 26 residential units would be located on the 2nd and 3rd levels above the ground floor commercial uses.
