Document Description
The Applicant proposes to rebuild the existing Capistrano Substation in order to increase its capacity as well as rebuilding and upgrading an existing transmission line that runs between the Capistrano Substation and the Talega substation. Location 4B within the Project will require the installation of a new transmission tubular steel pole (TSP) and a 125-foot by 35-foot maintenance pad to accommodate the reconfiguration of the existing transmission line. The maintenance pad will be maintained free of vegetation and provide a safe work area for the use of vehicles, equipment, and materials by personnel during maintenance activities.
