The Guadalupe Court Multi-Family Housing Project (proposed project) involves the construction of a 38-unit multi-family affordable residential development, including 37 affordable multi-family units and one manager's unit. The project would include a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, a community center and common open space. The proposed units would be constructed within three separate buildings. The community center would be located on the ground floor of one of the buildings. The common open space would be located just outside the community center. This area would include a covered porch, walking paths, a BBQ area and a tot lot.
