Document Description
The subject property consists of one parcel of land, encompassing ~29 acres more or less, commonly referred to as Assessor's Parcel Number: 189-181-13. The subject parcel was previously occupied by International Decorative Company, In., which operates a eucalyptus growing, preserving and manufacturing business. The current occupant is Rangel Flower, a flower distributor. The only significant vegetation found on the Subject Parcel consists of the farmed eucalyptus, and limited ruderal growth. The Tribe intends to develop non-gaming, non-commercial, Tribal government facilities on the subject Property. These shall consist of Tribal administrative offices, a Tribal medical clinic, a Tribal recreation center, and Tribal fire station. The remaining open areas of the subject parcel will be used for recreation purposes and are expected to include a sports field and a play area.
