Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of 28 native riparian trees growing within 25 feet of the centerline of the canal siphons and the replanting of trees and shrubs along the northern bank of Lower Putah Creek within the Winters Putah Creek Nature Park. Tree removal will occur using chainsaws wihtin the canal right-of-way and heavy equipment will operate from existing maintenance access roads. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0231-R3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
