Document Description
The proposed project involves the abatement and demolition of the following structures located on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT): 1) Transit Shed #1 Bay D, including the loading dock (approximately 51,900 total square feet) and 2) Head House 1 of Transit Shed #1 (approximately 6,100 square feet). The demolition encompasses a total ara of approximately 1.3 acres (58,00 square feet) of building footprint on the TAMT. The proposed project also includes grading and paving of the demolished building footprint area, utility relocations and/or upgrades, installation of high mast lighting foundation, installation of a modular restroom.
