Authorize issuance of a 25-year General Lease, beginning the sooner of the close of escrow or February 1, 2013, for the purpose of public access, conservation, recreation, education, and public/private events, consisting of 11 acres of land improved with a lodge, shower building with restrooms, landscaped ground including a well and two septic systems, and various storage buildings and sheds.
