Document Description
The purpose of this project is to add awnings to prevent water damage on three separate buildings within the Oceano Dunes SVRA residential and maintenance area. Project activities will consist of constructing and installing three (3) awnings to the side doors of two State Park residences (920 & 924 Pacific Blvd) and the east end doorway on the maintenance storage building. None of the buildings have existing awnings, which allows for water to enter the residence and storage building during inclement weather.
