Document Description
The Project involves replacing the existing concrete weir with a new concrete weir at the same location. The weir needs to be replaced in order to accommodate the increased stream flows. The construction activities will include dewatedring the construction area at the weir. Once the work area is dewatered, the existing weir will be removed with sledgehammers or jackhammers. All debris will be removed from the site. Following removal of the weir, surfaces along the new wier alignment will be cleaned and prepared for reconstruction.
