The Proposed Project seeks to make necessary repairs to Historic Residence No. 4 at San Clemente State Beach. The Proposed PRoject's scope is to repair the damaged roof and bring the building into Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance by way of replacing an existing ramp an updating the restroom.
