Document Description
The project will renovate approximately 125,000 gross square feet (gsf) of existing space in Boyce Hall and approximately 50,000 gsf of existing space in Webber Hall. The project will replace old or dysfunctional infrastructure systems and/or code deficiencies in both buildings, and will modernize instruction and research space in support of science programs within the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences. Renovated facilities in Boyce Hall will continue to support a medium level of utility intensive instructional and research needs and a vivarium facility.
