Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is the responsible agency for this project. The County of Tulare, on behalf of the Seville Water Company, proposes to investigate and identify the most cost effective, sustainable, and affordable long-term solution to the community's nitrate drinking water contamination problems as well as storage and distribution system problems. It will be determined in the course of this study whether a test well is necessary; if so, the test well is included as part of this study.
