Document Description
The applicant, Grist Creek Aggregates, LLC, is proposing to have an aggregate processing facility reestablished of the site which, until recently, has a history of such use since it was first permitted in 1972. Recent rezoning and updates to the General Plan have made use permits unnecessary as the property is now zoned for General Industrial uses. However, despite the zoning change, the site lies adjacent to the environmentally sensitive Outlet Creek and the potential exists for impacts to occur from the reestablishment of the proposed industrial uses.
