The site is called the Delta Diamond Farm, and includes a residence, a garage, two barns, and other facilities. The applicant proposed to build a new "event pavilion" adjacent to one of the existing barns, and will also be building a paved parking area with designated spaces (existing parking is dirt). The agricultural usage of the majority of the site would continue, but a Use Permit and modification of the existing Williamson Act contract are required in order to continue the social center use.
