Document Description
The Project is an infill project that includes up to 191 residential units on an approximately 2.65-acre site (2.89-acre gross site area prior to dedications) currently occupied by an office building, commercial businesses, residential units, associated surface parking, and existing public street right-of-way. The Project includes a rezoning to a (P) - Planned Community District and three, two- to four-story structures with one- and two-bedroom units, common amenity rooms, and three private open space areas. The Project includes two underground parking garages, one accessed from Stierlin Road and one accessed from Washington Street. Where Stierlin Road extends through the middle of the Project site, the roadway would either be converted to a one-way road connecting to Central Expressway or to a public pedestrian/bicycle paseo closed to vehicles.
