Document Description
The project involves widening the eastbound right shoulder of SR 4 between PM 6.3 to 6.5 to a standard eight foot width in order to meet current federal standards. Caltrans will also install rumble strips within the widened shoulder. A new driveway will also be constructed at ~PM 6.4. All work within the stream will occur during naturally dry conditions, and no trees will be removed. The project will also require temporary equipment access and equipment staging areas which will be restored after Project completion.
