SAA #1600-2013-0178-R2 - The project proposes to develop a multi-functional neighborhood park that combines habitat enhancement, flood control, storm-water treatment, and environmental education along with recreation improvements to meet the needs of local residents of the City of Citrus Heights. The proposed project will include the following improvements: * A twelve-foot wide multi-use bicycle and pedestrian trail, which will include 2 freespan bridges over Arcade Creek. * A park sign monument * An informational kiosk * A children's play area In addition to the proposed recreational improvements, the Applicant is proposing the restoration of 0.055 acres of jurisdictional waters (0.053 acres of perennial creek and 0.001 acres of jurisdictional drainage ditch).
