Document Description
Development of a multi-use trail along Arcada Creek. The project includes 8' wide multi-use pathway, grade shoulders, 2 bridges, and related improvements. The project will connect to the Arcade Creek Park Preserve owned by the Sunrise Recreation and Park District. Ultimately the City will transfer ownership of two City owned parcels to Sunrise Recreation and Park District to facilitate the development of a larger park with continuous multi-use access from Sunrise Boulevard to Sayonara Drive and Bonham Circle. This analysis is limited to the City owned parcels and the associated improvements for the multi-use trail.
