DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0089-R5) to the project applicant, to remove two low flow Arizona type crossings and replacing with two open bottom aluminum arch culverts for a total of 200 linear feet of impacts. This is Phase 2 in an outgoing steelhead restoration effort for Taiguas Creek.
