- The WSMP provides an evaluation of the required potable and recycled water infrastructure to serve buildout of the City's General Plan. It is a comprehensive update of the 1994 City of Tracy WSMP in fulfillment of Objective PF-6.1, Action A1 of the Public Facilities and Services Element of the General Plan. The WWMP identifies the wastewater infrastructure necessary to serve future wastewater flows in the City. It is a comprehensive update of the 1994 City of Tracy WWMP in fulfillment of Objective PF-7.1, Action A1 of the Public Facilities and Services Element of the General Plan.
