Document Description
Request to expand UP 96-04 which was approved for a full service large and small animal veterinary hospital, providing outpatient services. This project is requesting to construct a new 6,000 square foot metal building which will include a grooming area, reception area, kennel ward, indoor playroom, utility area, and storage. The grooming and boarding services currently conducted in the main building will be relocated to the proposed building. The project also proposes a new sign in front and the merger of the 1.36 acre project site with the 1.37 acre parcel to the west where the arena and barn are used for the veterinary business and where there is an area proposed for future on-site drainage when the current drainage in the front of the site has to be moved when W. Taylor Road is widened. The total project acreage will be 2.73 acres.
