Document Description
The project proposes construction of a new Brookfield School at 6115 Riverside Boulevard and requests a special permit to locate a school in a residential district and a variance to reduce the street side setback. The subject property is a Multi-Family Zone (R-2B) which allows a school use with a special permit. The new school will be a preschool to eighth grade program serving 402 students with 31 staff and is divided into a preschool program and K-8 program.
