The RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project consists of; 1) upgrading the existing Marysville Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); 2) installing conveyance infrastructure to transport wastewater from the Marysville WWTP to the regional wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) in Linda; 3) upgrading the infrastructure at the WWTF; and 4) decommissioning unused portions of the Marysville WWTP and the wastewater ponds.
