In order to comply with a Cease and Desist Order (R5-2009-0014) for the City of Marysville Treatment Plan, the City proposes to construct improvements to convey its wastewater to the Linda County Water District Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Project involves construction of a wastewater conveyance pipeline plus limited facility upgrades. The State Lands Commission action is a termination and approval of a 25-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through August 8, 2014.
