Document Description
The objective of the Project is to enable compliance with the CVRWQCB's Cease and Desist Order, pursuant to the time schedule and milestones for compliance provided therein. Implementation of the Project would eliminate treated wastewater disposal operations within the City of Marysville's existing wastewater infiltration/evaporation ponds, and would thereby enable compliance with the Cease and Desist Order. The Project would also improve the level of wastewater treatment provided for the City of Marysville, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
