The 11.2-acre Lewis Creekside Natomas Remainder, North Natomas Twon Center Phase II project (Project) is located north of Del Paso rd., between Town Center Drive and Via Ingoglia Street, in the Natomas community in Sacramento County, approximately 4 miles north of downtown Sacramento. The Project consists of filling wetland habitat for commercial and community development. Approximately 129 cubic yards of clean coil will be placed in 0.08 acre/300 linear feet during dry conditions to accomodate the construction of building pads for parking spaces and a playground for the day care facility.
