Document Description
Realign a 0.25 miles (1,312-foot) section of Fountain Ranch Road away from the Trinity River by re-routing it across Fountain Ranch. The new route would be approximately 1,350 feet long, with two 9-foot wide lanes with 2-foot paved shoulders on each side. Including drainage ditches, cuts and fills, the roadway corridor will be approximately 30 to 50 feet wide. Abandon the existing section of Fountain Ranch Road by removing all asphalt and road base, grading to blend with the natural topography, spreading with topsoil removed from the new alignment, and planting with fodder grasses consistent with the existing pasture uses of the adjacent ranch.
